RICH's first Main Event of 2014 will feature a panel of expert wholesalers to discuss wholesaling real estate in Houston Texas, the shifts occurring in the wholesaling market and strategies to guarantee success in this changing market. Nik Knezevic, Foundation Series Leader, Brian Spitz with Big State Home Buyers, Rick Russell with RussCorp & A.C. Ramos with Prosperity Group will make up the panel discussing Wholesaling in 2014. All aspects of wholesaling will be presented: "bird dogging" or finding property, building a buyers list, negotiating a deal and closing. Panel members are knowledgeable of up-to-the-minute market information and are expert in applying that information to the advantage of real estate investors. The panel's combined experience and knowledge provide attendees an opportunity to get answers and gain knowledge regarding all aspects of investment transactions. And, there will be plenty of time for questions and answers.The Realty Investment Club of Houston, established in 1979, is a non-profit trade association serving and providing for the real estate investment community of the greater Houston area. With over 1,000 members, RICH is one of the largest real estate investor associations in the country, promoting real estate investment, responsible property and project management while promoting sound, ethical business practices.

The January 4, 2013 Main Event will be at the RICH Conference Center, 4220 Lockfield, Houston TX 77092. Registration is from 8:00AM to 9:00AM, followed immediately by panel discussion.
