This is the first book Green has authored. The book was written with the aim in mind to shake you, wake you up and stop you sleepwalking towards poor health. There’s also particular excitement about this launch because Andrew Green explains and demonstrates an easily sustainable series of changes that you can stick to, get the balance right and reclaim your health.

One Body One Life – Don’t Screw it Up! sets its main focus on explaining the three forms of stress that we encounter daily, and how we must adapt our behaviours to minimise adverse effects. Readers will likely find a particular interest in the One Body One Life Pyramid and Blueprint. The book’s cover art was created by Lyn Illsley and One Body One Life – Don’t Screw it Up! is being released by Panoma Press.

Andrew Green has a background in chiropractic, sports chiropractic and rowing coaching. This helped shaped the creation of the book by inspiring .

When asked about why they wrote the book, Green said: “I find it puzzling and upsetting that in 2018 i look around me and see the vast majority of people mentally stressed, overweight, almost completely sedentary and eating poor quality food. We are passing these traits, and behaviours, onto our children and are sleepwalking into a health crisis. This can be demonstrated, as an example, by the terrifying escalation in Type 2 diabetes, especially in children which should never happen.”

Green has hopes that the book will inspire a new generation to take their health, physically, mentally and spiritually, more seriously.. This positive outlook from the author is certainly testament to their optimism considering some of the mishaps during its creation. At one point the author deliberated over the book title for 3 months!.

In a recent interview, the author made a point of thanking his publisher, Mindy Gibbons-Klein for their part in the creation of the book, saying: “Mindy has been with my from my first thoughts of this book, right up to publication. I would not have completed it without Mindy and her team at Panoma Press.”
