Public cloud used expected to increase significantly in coming year, increasing the need for managed IT solutions for this service

The factor that is most attributed to the recent surge in public cloud engagement is digital transformation, which is closely followed by the goal of IT agility. It’s been found that there are several challenges that are faced by enterprises that are trying to digitally transform their business models ad that are leading the contributing factor to the adoption of cloud computing.

The top six factors that are contributing to the adoption include (stating with six), the Internet of Things, Machine learning and artificial intelligence mobility, excelling at DevOps, and attaining IT agility. It’s predicted that AI and machine learning will make up the top factors to drive a greater number of enterprises adopting cloud computing by the year 2020. What this means is that managed service providers need to make this service available to clients to ensure their needs (listed above) are met.
