Any project manager looking after a widely disparate and varied workforce will understand that keeping all information in one place is absolutely essential for the smooth completion of all the tasks that have been allocated. Having to report back to the customer on what has been done, what needs to be done and when things will be done is difficult enough.Also, the allocation of work can very soon become difficult and especially so with more and more people joining the project.
