Maidenhead, UK measurement device maker Process Parameters announced the launch of a new line of platinum resistance thermometers. The thermometers include Pt100, Pt500, and Pt1000 series sensor devices for high-accuracy temperature measurements.

Platinum resistance thermometers are Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) devices that are used to make precision temperature measurements in industrial and laboratory environments. These devices use the resistance of the platinum wire to measure temperatures with a high degree of accuracy across a wide temperature band.
The new line of RTD platinum resistance thermometers manufactured by Process Parameters feature custom-built sensors for use across a wide range of industries. The devices are calibrated for an operating temperature range of -200°C to 600°C with a common range of -50°C to +250°C.
The Berkshire, UK platinum resistance thermometer manufacturer’s line of devices includes plain stem flying lead type, terminal head RTD, mineral insulated RTD probes, ambient air sensor RTDs, RTD HVAC sensors, and other devices for use in a wide range of industrial and medical environments. Custom sensors include plain stem, mineral insulated, plastics, surface measurement, bearing, and autoclave RTDs.
