As the new year gets closer, real estate market predictions abound. Money Magazine’s Make More in 2014 series predicts that price gains next year will be nearly half as strong as in 2013. The series concludes that buyers will gain an advantage since real estate investors will be less of a factor because there are fewer distressed homes available to flip.There is a questions as to whether 2014 be a good year for real estate investors or not. There is at least one real estate experts who is ignoring the prognosticators altogether.
