The training course is designed to guide participants through the development of one positive personal habit that improves leadership abilities. The course focuses on transformation at an individual level followed by learning to work with other people to create lasting change and realizing true leadership.
“Helping You Build Your Leadership Habit” gives participants access to leadership resources, community support, and personal coaching. The course includes a full live webinar, one-to-one coaching calls, access to a Facebook group, and motivational messages by email.
Nationwide executive coach Jeff Hough has more than a decade of experience as a speaker and corporate strategy coach. He has taught at national workshops for the Department of Labor and regional workshops for school districts across the State of Idaho.
