Some form of orientation is necessary when making such a move. Elite’s orientation procedure includes contact with the client’s consultant before their arrival to determine the most pertinent knowledge they require, an accompanied visit to the client’s destination (which includes touring residential areas, house inspections, a general outline of educational opportunities in the area, and so on), a ‘welcome’ document with information on the client’s destination, and other services tailored to the needs of each client.
Elite’s departure service provides the all the assistance the client might need when they vacate a home. The service includes coordinating removals, organising a post-departure clean and any maintenance required, assistance in the disposal of unwanted items, assistance with selling cars, labelling boxes for shipment, and other assistance that may be useful when vacating a property.
