Creating leads from an inbound call is fully automated with CallerCX. When a dealership receives a call, CallerCX’s AI determines whether the opportunity is a true sales or service lead before pushing it to DealerSocket’s CRM. This capability ensures that only “real” leads get passed and stored in the CRM.

CallerCX also records a caller’s critical details, even if not collected by the sales agent. All information is then pushed into DealerSocket’s CRM.

“The lead enrichment information collected includes the caller’s first name, last name, email, phone number, the vehicle of interest, and a call summary,” Beckett said. “CallerCX provides all the information a salesperson or service advisor needs to follow up with the customer and provide the best customer experience.”

As for lead management, CallerCX uses PDS’s proprietary speech biometrics technology to identify the staff member who handled the call. The lead and who it’s assigned to is then passed to DealerSocket’s CRM, allowing the assigned user to trigger workflows, follow-ups, and the solution’s accountability tools.

“In today’s environment, it’s vitally important that no lead gets left behind,” Beckett said.

CallerCX also touts the largest, online phone skills training program in the marketplace. Because every inbound call is automatically evaluated and scored through CallerCX’s AI, the platform can identify critical training opportunities, as well as notify managers of mishandled opportunities.
