PC Faction and owner Gerry Howe are pleased to announce that was officially launched four years ago, in 2012. The experience which Howe has accrued amounts to more than two decades. He has been gaining computer repair learning experiences since 1995 and has earned at least ten years of IT related training through the Air Force, Marines and Army tech schools, as well as on-the job experience. He has been an independent consultant since 2003. Howe holds a total of five industry respected certifications.According to Gerry Howe, speaking to an interviewer, “There isn't much I have seen, worked with and successfully repaired. I assure you that your computer is in very capable hands. If for some reason we cannot repair your computer or it is simply not fixable, there will be no charge to you.”
The repair shop handles all major brands which are Windows-based laptop or desktop. The brands include Acer, Dell, Toshiba, HP, Compaq, Samsung, Lenovo, Sony and Asus. Computer problems can be addressed in the shop during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 to 5. During other times, customers are invited to call the owner, who will meet the customer at the shop to accept the ailing machine.
A full menu of repair jobs are available, ranging from hardware replacement and upgrades to software setup and support. The professionals can install or repair Windows, as well as remove viruses and provide anti-virus protection. Additional services include password removal and resets, laptop screen replacement, data backup and migration and other needed repairs and tune-ups.
A fast turnaround is the goal for each repair job. In most instances, the repairs will be completed within 24 hours. If parts are needed, they are ordered through Amazon Prime or other distributors who offer fast shipping time. The repair shop recognizes that businesses today need operational computers in order to help customers.
Affordable pricing for each customer is another goal of PC Faction. Repair services on computers are priced by the job rather than by the hour. When multiple services are required, they can be bundled, with a discounted price.
