For the third consecutive quarter, Paubox has been identified as one of the best Data Security products, based on its high levels of customer satisfaction and likeliness to recommend ratings from real users on G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business solutions review website.
Paubox achieved High Performer ranking on the Fall 2018 report by receiving positive reviews, from verified users compared to similar products in the Data Security category. For inclusion in the report a product must have received ten or more reviews.
In addition, Paubox led the way with an 8.70 overall score on the Relationship Index. Ratings were highlighted by ‘Quality of Support’, which scored 3.38, and Paubox’s ‘Ease of Doing Business With’ was 3.48 compared to the category average of 2.82.
The Relationship Index is calculated based on ten or more reviews and five responses for each of the relationship-related questions.
