Pacific Truck Colors is celebrating 25 years in the business of providing fleet service, truck parts and equipment, and more. From vehicle graphics and ladder racks to tough, secure truck tool boxes and collision repair services, the six departments of Pacific Truck Colors provide everything needed to make the most of hardworking truck and van fleets throughout the region.As a way of thanking clients for 25 years of business, Pacific Truck Colors will host an open house barbecue on September 13 at its 27,000 square-foot facility at 19225 Southwest 125th Court in Tualatin. Visitors will be able to learn about how one of the Pacific Northwest's longest running and most successful companies of its kind carries out its mission of being a "one stop fleet shop" clients can always count on.
"We're happy to report that we're now celebrating 25 years in business," said Pacific Truck Colors Territory Manager Troy Stevenson. "From our original focus on painting fleets, we have expanded over the years to include six separate departments and offer a full range of fleet services and products. Our unwavering dedication to serving our clients at the highest possible level has allowed us to grow steadily for a quarter of a century, and this is only the beginning. We hope to see many clients and other visitors at the open house barbecue at our headquarters on September 13."
The Department of Transportation's Bureau of Transportation Statistics reports that there were more than 12.2 million vehicles serving in commercial and governmental fleets as of 2015, with trucks handily outnumbering cars. Of the approximately 6.5 million trucks active in fleets nationwide at that time, about 2.3 million were owned and operated by private businesses and 1.8 million by federal, state, and local government agencies, with the rest dividing up between utility companies, rental agencies, and other organizations.
Pacific Truck Colors was founded in 1992 in Portland, Oregon, to provide high quality painting services for fleet vehicles throughout the Pacific Northwest. Less than a year after opening its doors, the company's early successes allowed it to expand to a larger, 12,500 square-foot facility in Tualatin, with the original five employees soon being joined by new hires. Expansions in 1999 and 2007 brought the Pacific Truck Colors shop to its present footprint of 27,000 square feet, with 30 employees now working in six departments to offer a full range of fleet customization, services, and parts and equipment sales options.
All are invited to celebrate 25 years in business for Pacific Truck Colors at an open house barbecue to be held on September 13 at its headquarters at 19225 Southwest 125th Court in Tualatin. Representatives from the Pacific Truck Colors Collision Repair, Graphics, Painting, Parts, Service and Installation, and Truck and Van Equipment departments will be on hand to answer questions.
