Denver Tech Center- Local iV hydration therapy bar based out of Denver, Colorado has announced they will be opening a new location in San Diego, California in December. Onus iV, the popular iV bar who currently has 2 locations in Denver and one in Boulder, has announced this week they are opening the location and are looking forward to the possibilities of expanding outside of Colorado.
San Diego is currently one of the most active communities in the United States. San Diego locals as well as those vacationing in the area have an abundance of options when it comes to outdoor adventures. One of these options is, of course, Surfing, the number one outdoor activity in the San Diego area.
Surfing is quite possibly one of the most physically challenging water sports, and because of that, surfers often suffer from exhaustion and dehydration. Onus iV bar is looking forward to providing surfers and other adventurous folks around San Diego with the hydration and nutrients they need to push on for another epic surf season.
The new location, which can be found just off of B Street in the “little Italy” neighborhood is just across the way from one of the most famous breweries in Southern California, Stone Brewery. The Taproom is a favorite among San Diego locals, and Onus iV believes a night out enjoying the local breweries and pubs isn’t complete without a first stop at Onus iV hydration bar.
According to Chaz, one of the owners of the business, Onus was born upon the wheels of a mountain bike in the summer of 2014, when three riders in the Colorado Rockies found themselves dehydrated, exhausted and in need of repair. Having experienced the benefits of an iV in Las Vegas, NV & Scottsdale, AZ, the team knew what they wanted to provide the same service to the Colorado Front Range.
Chaz had this to say about the business, “to us, the need is simple: dehydration robs us all of our potential. It’s not only about recovering from a hangover or fighting a cold; it’s about being ready for the best days ahead of you. Don’t waste a precious day feeling sick on the couch, walking around fatigued & depleted or suffering from the effects of altitude sickness. Get out there. Climb your mountains, surf those waves. Conquer your fears. In the end, you want what we want, and we’ll be happy to help you find it.”
