Oak Brook, IL real estate firm Andrew Holmes Real Estate announced the launch of the first 3-day Andrew Holmes “Building Your Empire” Seminar. Scheduled to be held between the 26th and 28th of October, 2018, the seminar will feature insights from Holmes’ entrepreneurial journey and offer participants practical tips from his playbook and a visual tour of his team’s work.

The business seminar’s goals are to empower new and tenured real estate professionals with knowledge and practical guidelines from Holmes’ own journey through real estate entrepreneurship. The seminar will be held at the Waterford Banquet & Conference Center located at 933 South Riverside Drive Elmhurst, IL 60126 and will be accompanied by a bus field tour of real estate properties managed by Andrew Holmes Real Estate.
The seminar will also feature more than 11 leaders and thinkers from the real estate, legal, and financial sectors. This “Building Your Empire” seminar will cover several key topics related to the establishment, sustenance, and marketing of real estate investment businesses. The bus tour will provide participants with a working showcase flips, rental or wholesale property conversions.
Seminar topics include troubleshooting the lack of capital or credit, finding hidden and large margin deals, building a portfolio, and wealth generation strategies.
