Oak & Apple Partners LLC announced today the release of their “Decision-Making in High Stress Environments,” a self-evaluation guide for corporate executives.The guide, created by the Managing Directors of Oak & Apple Partners, includes many of the most important drivers of crisis decision-making including budgeting and forecasting; sales and marketing; and current stressors and greatest challenges. Executives can use their score to see how their company’s profile stacks up against benchmarked scores from other companies.
The self-evaluation guide serves two important purposes. One, it provides executives with a systematic way to evaluate major issues that may lead to counter-productive decision-making. Two, executives can use the results as a basis for discussions with senior management.
