The site explains that The Yerman Group is fully committed to changing the lives of immigrants in the United States by uniting families across the nation. The attorneys are known for their high quality service and commitment to getting clients the best results.

Mr Gary J Yerman is one of the most experienced immigration attorneys serving New York’s immigration community. He has over 20 years’ experience in the field, helping clients from across the world navigate the system successfully.

Now The Yerman Group has successfully ensured that Mr Yang is permitted to legally remain and work in the US indefinitely. Mr Yang is a loving, Christian father of three US-born children and a devoted husband to his US citizen wife.

He was taken into ICE custody following a removal hearing in Cleveland, OH, in March, 2018. Mr Yang was detained upon his first entry into the US in 1995, and upon his removal to China in 1996 was detained and beaten by Chinese authorities.

He escaped to the US again in 1998 and settled in Cleveland. Unaware that he had to appear before an immigration judge, he was ordered removed in his absence, but remained in the US and built a family.

The Yerman Group successfully reopened Mr Yang’s proceedings and filed an application for asylum based on his fear of persecution. At a March 2018 hearing before an immigration judge in Cleveland, OH, Yang was apprehended and remained in ICE custody for six months.

ICE reinstated Yang’s 1996 removal order, rendering him eligible to sit for a reasonable fear interview which would establish his eligibility for withholding of removal only.

The Yerman Group prepared him for his reasonable fear interview and their attorneys successfully secured his release from custody – allowing him to return to his family.
