1) Washington Award Program found that Nonpartisan Pedicab organizes all tours according to the wishes of each individual customer. Pickup is from the downtown location of their choice. Dropoff at the end of the tour is also at the downtown location of the customer’s choice. Tours start at the time chosen by the customer rather than on a fixed schedule. Customers can visit Washington DC at their own pace rather than following a fixed time schedule established by the company.
2) It was found that Nonpartisan Pedicab offers an immediate and individualized response to all inquiries. Response time was fast and thorough whether communication was by phone, email, message or Facebook.
