US-based company BTL Industries launches a new body contouring technology designed to build upon the legacy of their popular product Emsculpt. Now available in New York City, the improved version called Emsculpt NEO aims to bring both fat reduction and muscle growth benefits to patients.

To achieve the desired results, the body sculpting machine simultaneously emits both radio frequency and intensity electromagnetic energies in a single treatment.
Through radio frequency heating, the temperature of muscles in the treatment area rapidly increases by several degrees. Similar to a pre-workout warmup, the muscles are prepared for exposure to stress. Within four minutes, the subcutaneous fat temperature reaches a point where fat cells are permanently broken down and gradually eliminated from the body.
The HIFEM+ energy, on the other hand, works by contracting 100% of the muscle fibers in the same area.
