    A new website was just announced today for people who are looking for a condo for sale in Birmingham Alabama. The website is for a new development, Vestavia Terrace, which is attracting a lot of attention from buyers looking to buy a luxury condominium in a desirable community that is minutes from shopping, dining, and all major services.

Atlanta-based Rialto Capital purchased the property and brought Bill Dobbins of the Dobbins Group on board to help develop the project.

Though Vestavia Hills has had other condominiums in the area for some time, these are the first to be developed since 1986.

    The building is being developed in two phases.  The first phase of development will be completed by the end of October. However, the building is open for visitors to see now. Construction on the second phase building has already begun and is scheduled to be completed in early 2015.
