The scope features an ATSR4 reticle with a 1.4 MOA center dot designed to zero rifles at 200 yards. The dots below the center dot are designed for aiming at targets 300, 400, 500 and 600 yards distance.
With the reticle and marks below the center dot on the new product, the dots were designed and created small enough so that they will not block any 12-18 inch targets beyond 200 yards.
In addition to this, there are dots either side of the center line as well, which are designed to hold over points for 5mph and 10mph wind. The scope features low profile turrets that allow users to stay on the zero at all times. Furthermore, the scope features XPL coating and a high precision erector function.
In addition to the Athlon Optics Midas BTR Gen2 1-6×24 Riflescope, another new product is the Athlon Optics Midas BTR Gen2 4.5-27×50 Riflescope. This scope features similar HD glass, illuminated and etched glass reticle and the XPL coating and high precision erector system.
The scope also features a heat treated one piece tube construction. In addition to this, the scope is waterproof, fogproof, shockproof, and is argon purged.
