On July 31-August 1, Mucus-free Life LLC will host the 3rd Annual Prof. Arnold Ehret Day Celebration, where people from all over the world will gather to celebrate the legacy of Prof. Arnold Ehret and his Mucusless Diet Healing System. Today, Prof. Spira is known as the number one expert on the Mucusless Diet and a huge supporter of Prof. Arnold Ehret’s works.“Only through a mucus-free diet can we expect to eliminate the accumulation of waste and obstructions deposited in the body tissues during a lifetime of wrong eating”, says Arnold Ehret, back in 1920.
Prof. Spira published the first annotated and revised edition of the Mucusless Diet Healing System. He, along with a group of health enthusiasts, work to teach like-minded folks about the value of the Mucusless Diet and Mucus-free Lifestyle. He has been key in fostering a growing community of individuals who are re-discovering Prof. Arnold Ehret's findings on the subject.

The first event was held on the 28th and 29th of July 2018. Prof. Spira and Brother Air gathered over forty people to commemorate Prof. Arnold Ehret and the Mucusless Diet Healing System. The event was held in Prof. Spira's backyard, featuring five speakers, two musical acts, a food-prep demonstration, a community juice party, and much more. Several participants testified saying that the experience was life-changing.
This year’s event will take place at Antrim and Whetstone Parks, located north of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. It will feature several world-renowned speakers, delicious food, and live music. Attendees can look forward to hearing from Dr. Robert Morse, who will join the event remotely. Dr. Morse is known as one of the best healers in the world and has, for the past fifty years, tirelessly helped people move on to healthier lives.
Chef Babette, known as a world-class healthy chef, fitness enthusiast, and motivational speaker, will also grace the event. She’s had many television appearances, including The Doctors, Inside Edition, The Chew, The Steve Harvey Show, and others. Tekoa Tafari, a 45-year-long practitioner of the Mucusless Diet, will give a presentation about womanhood and the Mucus-free Lifestyle. Culinary artist Michael Fathauer will give a mucus-free food prep demonstration and serve as head chef for the meals.
Brother Air, aka Willie Smart Jr., will once again attend the event, this time as host. He is recognized for his inspiring long-term fasting and no-nonsense attitude. He plans to break a year-long fruit juice fast at the Ehret Day event. Prof. Spira and Brother Air are both professional musicians, and their electrifying band, Prof. Spira & Brother Air: Fire Music Project, will perform on Saturday.
Prof. Spira stumbled across the Mucusless Diet in 2002. A year later, he lost 110 pounds and overcame numerous health issues, including chronic migraines, fatigue, joint pain, allergies, chronic constipation, anxiety issues, among others.
