Lombardi Publishing Corporation, a 27-year-old consumer publisher that has served over one million customers in 141 countries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Uhlman to the position of Manager of Human Resources and Special Projects.Uhlman brings over 17 years of experience as a human resources administrator, project manager, senior market research analyst, and operations manager to her position of Manager of Human Resources and Special Projects at Lombardi Publishing Corporation. She received her B.Com and graduated with a Certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University.

As Manager of Human Resources and Special Projects, Uhlman is responsible for corporate human resource plans and procedures, and she will participate in handling employee compensation, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and regulatory compliance. She will also help develop new approaches and policies and procedures to help maximize the strategic use of human resources.
