Little Sleepy Head’s team of staffers was proud to take part in the Michael Hoefflin Foundation Evening Under the Stars Dinner and Auction for the fourth year in a row.The event took place on September 16, 2017 at the Mann Biomedical Park. This organization is very dear to the hearts of everyone at Little Sleepy Head and they wanted to make sure to meaningfully participate in the most important fundraising event of the charity’s year. They did so by donating four of the baskets being auctioned off as well as by attending the event and the auction itself.
The baskets each included various Little Sleepy Head children’s products that help kids to get a better night of rest. These products are designed to be the perfect fit and quality to ensure small-sized sleepers will enjoy the comfort, support and snuggliness they need to sleep through the night.
The gala isn’t the only way Little Sleepy Head supports the Michael Hoefflin Foundation. In fact, a portion of the sale of every one of the brand’s products is donated to the charity year-round. The goal is to help as many local families as possible while they cope with one of the biggest struggles they could ever face.
The Michael Hoefflin Foundation is a non-profit charity organization that supports families following a cancer diagnosis for their child. They provide much needed assistance to make sure those families have both the necessities and comforts they require throughout the time when their little one is receiving pediatric cancer care. This support includes information, financial and emotional assistance, while providing additional crucial resources they need to make it through.
The organization also gives “Kare Kits” to every family it supports. Little Sleepy Head donates their toddler pillows to every one of those special backpacks that also include gift cards, other comfort items, and information about other places where they can receive assistance.
