WINNIPEG, Canada – Matt Gould, a partner of the Winnipeg criminal defence law firm, Brodsky, Amy & Gould is today delighted to announce the launch of an innovative new video consultation service they are providing to solve a problem that many clients and potential clients are facing due to the current situation regarding COVID-19.
As a company, Brodsky, Amy & Gould have always taken great pride in providing a personal and professional level of service that exceeds the expectations of their clients. With the recent restrictions imposed on the population of Manitoba, the company wanted to come up with a solution that would help maintain the same level of service, particularly at this stressful time.
Because video technology is readily accessible to most people, Matt Gould decided to utilize this technology to help clients, and their reaction has been extremely positive.
“The problem with the current lockdown situation is that it can cause people to feel alone and isolated, particularly if they are worried or concerned about a criminal matter they are involved with,” said Matt Gould. “We were convinced that there had to be a way to go the extra mile for our clients, and that was when we decided to offer a video consultation service. The service took a little while to implement, and we had to iron out a few creases, but everything is now running very smoothly and it is providing to be a real asset to both our company and our clients.
