He recently assembled articles he has written for the investment club over the last 15 years and the wisdom and experience gained rehabbing and inspecting properties for 25 years into a book: “What Investors Need to Know About Houston Houses.”— The
Kevin Smith is extremely qualified to speak on this subject. He has over 30 years experience in single-family residential repair, rehab and inspection; has been a RICH member since 1990 and currently is a board member; taught a Mr. Fixit Workshop for Investors for five years; is a frequent speaker and teacher in inspection, rehab and related real estate topics; is a rehab consultant for new and experienced investors; and is a former hands-on rehab contractor and real estate investor himself. He has first-hand experience and knows the ropes.
