Kennewick, WA family law firm Clearwater Law Group announced that staff member Lorena G. Mendoza achieved Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) status. As a licensed LLLT, Mendoza will assist the firm’s team of attorneys with family law matters and consult with clients.

The LLLT program is a special initiative by Washington State to make family law consultations more accessible to those who cannot afford the services of an attorney. Ms Mendoza will support Clearwater Law Group clients with legal matters about divorce, custody, domestic violence protection, parentage, spousal maintenance, and child support.
Lorena Mendoza is licensed by the Washington State Bar Association. Clearwater Law Group leverages her expertise and understanding of family law to offer affordable and dependable legal solutions.
Lorena G. Mendoza is a bilingual certified paralegal accredited by the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is an alumnus of Columbia Basin College and earned a degree in criminal justice with a minor in political science from Washington State University. She was the first staff member at Clearwater Law Group. She is an experienced Rule 6 Law Clerk, assisting attorneys with complex cases at both the trial and appellate level.
Alongside her client consultation responsibilities, Mendoza will continue to function as Office Manager and Senior Paralegal, overseeing the work of other paralegals at the Washington divorce attorney law firm. She is preparing to seek admission to the Washington State Bar as a full attorney.
