The group consists of five people including Emory and Florence Smith who are the founding members, along with Sharee Edwards, LaKonya Walker, and Sharonne Murphy. Together, they form a powerful band that delivers gospel music the way it has never been expressed before.
What makes them unique is their sound, which involves mixing the traditional quartet sound with a smooth and relevant contemporary style. Over the past few years, Joy Quartet Ministries has traveled extensively throughout the United States increasing their fan base and gaining experience.
