JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. is excited to announce the Business Innovation Technology Summit, taking place May 18, 2018, at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in Springfield, Missouri. JMARK is celebrating its 30th anniversary throughout 2018 and is holding this event as part of that celebration.JMARK CEO Thomas H. Douglas says that the Business Innovation Technology Summit is a way to give back to the local business community that has supported the company over the years. “Our roots run deep in this area, and JMARK is proud to be a part of thriving business communities in this region,” Douglas says. “We’ve worked hard to build JMARK into a premier provider of I.T. services, and our growth over the years has been facilitated by this community that has believed in us and given us opportunities to serve and support. This Summit is our opportunity to give back while we celebrate the past three decades and plan for the next thirty years.”
Founded in Cabool in 1988, JMARK has been headquartered in Springfield since 1996, with additional offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Fayetteville, Arkansas. Although it began as simply a break-fix computer repair service, JMARK has grown into one of the top 100 providers of complete managed I.T. services and solutions in North America.
Douglas also thanked the companies that are providing sponsorship of the Business Innovation Technology Summit. “Early in our planning stages, some very generous corporations came aboard, allowing us to not only dream big in organizing this event but make it affordable to every business leader who wants to attend and learn. The Business Innovation Technology Summit will bring together leaders and trailblazers in business and technology for keynote speakers, strategy sessions, workshops, and more in a conference focused on the intersection of technology, leadership, ingenuity, and business strategy. Douglas himself will provide the morning keynote address, while leading futurist Daniel Burrus will speak in the afternoon. The day will be capped off with a reception celebrating JMARK’s anniversary. “Our goal with this event is to help fellow businesses in the area see how to use I.T. to be more profitable and proficient—and hopefully have a little fun in the process,” Douglas said.
