Jenny Present® is a St. Louis based firm begun by the single mom and jewelry designer. A range of unique decorative accessories has marked the product line since its inception, but the creative efforts of Jenny began much earlier. The creative force of the company is determined to show women that there is no obstacle too large and no goal too far-off to reach. Jenny's own story is an example of overcoming obstacles through the proper support and mindset.Speaking in an interview recently, the designer explained, “I have attempted to share my experiences in life in a way that is unique. When troubles hit in my own life, I began creating handmade and carefully crafted and designed pieces that are custom made. The customized bracelets, earrings, and unique necklaces are more than a typical accessory. They are intended to share those special moments which come to us in life. The accessories also show appreciation and express love.”
She continues, “My jewelry is delicate and feminine and tells a special story. My hope is that the piece which you choose expresses your sentiments and makes you feel fabulous each time that you wear it. You are helping me fulfill my dreams with each purchase. My pieces are elegant, with a style that is unique and celebrates women who are empowered to overcome all odds.”
The collection which started the business is known as the “Original Proud Mama® Hand-stamped Collection”. It features necklaces which have name pendants in copper, silver or gold. The pendant can be personalized with initials, dates, words or names. The pieces are simple, yet carefully detailed. Although they celebrate motherhood, the pendants can also be used to commemorate other events.
Today, the Proud Mama® Hand-Stamped Collection has additional elements to the pendants. There are charms such as wishbones, horseshoes, lotus flowers and bumble bees. The whimsical elements are combined with Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones for an even more personalized look. The signature pendants are stamped exclusively in the St. Louis studio. Alignment of the characters is done with a copper hammer and steel stamp. This makes each pendant unique from any others.
LifeNotes® Collection features inspirational message necklaces based on life's positive lessons. Each experience in life can challenge. The designs are unique and carry an encouraging message of inspiration. Some examples include “Everything happens for a reason” and “Do something every day that makes you happy”. The collection includes gold and silver bracelets and pendants.
The Tiny LifeNotes® Collection is similar to the longer messages but features only a single word which has meaning to the wearer. One or more of the words can be worn together on a single chain.
Although the hand-stamping is done in the local studio, some other pieces are produced in Bali, Indonesia, as well as Jaipur, India. Most pieces are formed from sterling silver, brass, 14kt and 18 kt gold, plus semi-precious stones.
JP customers are the greatest assets of the firm. Customers range from A-List celebrities to hard-working mothers. The customers come to the online boutique to find a perfect gift, or to commemorate their most important life events.
