The company has been working hard rolling out some huge upgrades to their current cleaning capabilities. The first of Janet Davis Cleaner's methods involves their traditional dry cleaning machine, but uses it in the most responsible way possible. Garments enter and exit the machine dry so that no solvents are released into the air. The solvent is distilled for purity after each load, and the discharge is sent to a registered recycling facility. The machine also sits on top of a tray so that any leaks will be properly contained. According to the staff at janet davis cleaners, this traditional dry cleaning method is still the best technology available for removing spots and stains consistently.
The company's second cleaning method makes use of a brand new dry cleaning machine, the Union HL-860. The new machine uses a synthetic hydrocarbon solvent made in a lab specifically for dry cleaning called DF-2000. This combo retains all of the features of the traditional dry cleaning machine but is even more gentle, is more environmentally friendly, and increases the range of delicate fabrics the Janet Davis team is able to clean.
Finally, Janet Davis Cleaners is introducing a wet cleaning method. Clients will be happy to know that their equipment and soap suppliers have teamed up to create a cleaning method of that utilizes water. While delicate fabrics such as wool and silk would normally be damaged when they are cleaned in water, advances in technology have made it so that damage can be avoided with the right additives and proper equipment. This professional wet cleaning capability allows the Janet Davis team to clean more spots and stains out of an even greater range of materials. Wet cleaning is also considered the most environmentally-friendly cleaning option available.
