The Jacksons kicked off their 39th year in business on January 1st, 2020! Cliff and Ellen Jackson opened the doors of their family-owned and managed business in January 1982. Since the beginning, they have focused on quality products and quality service. This is not just a slogan for the Jacksons. It’s their creed.
According to Grand Valley State University, there are 5.5 million family owned businesses in the United States and they contribute 57% of the GDP and employ over 98 million people. Cliff and Ellen decided early on that they were going to run a company that could handle any size job but would be able to control the end product because their family would always be working and communicating on-site with their customers.
To date, the company has installed over 50,000 Linear Feet of SpeedScreen Small Hole Elite Black Leaf Protection and over 500,000 linear feet of seamless aluminum gutters. They have serviced over 16,000 customers and have a 5-star rating on all their social media platforms.
Over the years, Cliff and Ellen have added their sons to the business so the second generation could be ready to take over the company one day and carry on the family’s business. 17 years ago, Ryan Jackson entered the company followed 3 years later by his brother, Brett. Together the brothers specialize in the installation of siding, gutters, leaf protection systems, windows, patio doors, and insulation.
With 3 Jackson men working every day, they make sure to always have a family member on every job. The boys’ mother Ellen has over 35 years of experience in office management, contract generation, and accounting. When not handling the books for Jackson Insulation, Ellen devotes her time to the Nicole Daune Jackson Foundation; named after Cliff and Ellen’s daughter.
The Jackson Insulation and Exteriors Company, Inc has flourished over the past 38 years by being active in their community and never leaving a job until the customer is happy as evidenced by their hundreds of glowing reviews and thousands of happy customers.
