Australia has a new first today, a career lounge for women only. Work It Girl has three initiatives, a job search engine, a membership lounge for women looking to advance their skill set for the work place and platforms that assists in the recruitment process.


Australia woke up to a new first today, and that is the launch of a new career lounge for women only.


Founded by business savvy Elise Fritsch, WorkItGirl.com.au is the newest job search website, with a twist. Work It Girl has three main initiatives, a job search engine advertising only the highest profile roles within Australia and to follow; New Zealand, a membership lounge for women looking to advance their skill set for the work place and ground breaking technology and platforms that assists in the recruitment process complete with a virtual consultants that helps attain quality candidates for businesses, eliminating the need for external recruitment sources.


Seeing a shift of many industries transfer digitally, Work It Girl aims to make that transition for Recruitment. Work It Girl aims to eliminate inflated recruitment fees for small to medium sized businesses, helping them with the process of hiring with ease and peace of mind.


Work It Girls mission is to change the world of recruitment and employment throughout women in the workforce Australia and New Zealand wide.


The main aim is to create an accessible community for women in the workforce and to bring quality candidates to advertisers. Each job advertisement and candidate is equally important to work it girl and the company has implemented tools that cater to and benefit each accordingly. Teaming up with a strong team of developers and career guidance counsellors and consultants to provide only the top resources for clients and members.


MBA educated, Elise Fritsch is an Adelaide / Sydney based woman who has an immense passion for business. The desire to create Work It Girl has been a long time project in the making.
