Gracias Choir, an internationally known choir, is announcing its soon to be classic event the Christmas Cantata for the beginning of the Holiday season. It will be at the Atlanta Civic Center on October 13th. Free tickets are available at GraciasChoirMusic.com.
IYFUSA, International Youth Fellowship in U.S., the sponsor says, “We are really excited about offering this amazing opportunity.” The event will include classical and popular Holiday music, as well as, an assortment of Holiday Plays sure to warm your heart.
International Youth Fellowship, a non profit organization, has been in existence for many years offering young adults of all Nations a chance to volunteer their service. IYF says, “Our aim has always been to provide high value learning experience for the youth that agree to serve. We really take care of all of our volunteers, and go the extra mile with our students. The great thing is that it is open to everyone all you need to do is apply.”
IYFUSA presents the International Award winning Gracias Choir on their 4th national tour in the United States. With tour dates all across the country from the West coast to the East coast, Gracias Choir will perform the very popular Christmas Cantata, a monumental feat in and of itself.
Gracias Choir, the winner of the Montreux Choral Festival 2014, Switzerland, and 13th Concorso Corale Internazionale Riva del Garda, 2014, Italy, will perform their world famous Christmas Cantata in twenty-one cities in only twenty-two days in the U.S. This is all done with volunteers and produced by IYFUSA. The artists in the Choir and the Orchestra are not paid, but they have to pay their own way on all their tours. The passion and dedication of the artists are phenomenal and they do this all from their heart.
Generally you rarely see a choir of such caliber giving a free concert this early in the season. All of the Gracias Choir performances have been free here in the United States even the amazing Christmas Cantata. Check out their schedule for the 2014 USA tour here
Sadly, last year thousands were turned away for a lack of seats. The Gracias Choir is going to make sure it does not repeat. With over 4,600 seats at the Civic Center, Jacob Lim, the President of IYFUSA Atlanta says, “We truly hope that no one will be turned away this year.” Everyone is welcome to attend this exclusive event.
The Christmas Cantata starts at 7:00 PM on October 13, and will be in Atlanta for one night only at the Civic Center. It is free to all that are lucky enough to attend for this one night of unbelievable music.
