All care homes are inspected to ensure they meet quality standards and to identify any areas of concern. In England, the Care Quality Commission [CQC] perform this task and they assess whether the home is Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement or Inadequate’.
So when choosing from one of the private care homes in Maidstone, an important starting point would be a ‘Good’ rating by CQC.
