The Houston car and truck dealerships, Beck & Masten Buick GMC North & South, are proud to announce their support of Houston’s large veteran community through a new partnership with Camp Hope. Beck & Masten Owner, Jason Beck, along with General Manager, Joe Pierce, recently presented a $100,000 check to Camp Hope in an effort to help the local servicemen and women who fought selflessly for our nation. Camp Hope is a non-profit retreat for military veterans that have been injured in the War on Terror. The camp offers all-expenses-paid adventures and comradery through one-on-one mentorship, counseling, and rehabilitation programs.
At the Camp Hope interim housing facility, veterans can receive vocational prep, workforce development, job training, and other skills needed to smoothly transition back into society. By partnering with Camp Hope’s intensive residential program, the Beck & Masten Buick GMC dealerships in Houston help provide crucial assistance to our nation’s veterans through comprehensive peer support and mentorship based programs.
Since 2012, Camp Hope’s Houston facility has positively impacted the lives of thousands of veterans through personal healing and educational programs in a quiet and safe setting. As an interim housing facility, Camp Hope offers a specialized 6-month program that is followed by a 2-month transitional program. With this generous donation from Beck & Masten, Camp Hope will continue to help veterans and their families prepare for a rewarding future that they truly deserve.
