The recognition of achievement, which honours hospitality excellence, is exclusively given to establishments that consistently receive outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor’s popular travel site. Only the best 10% of travel industry related businesses on TripAdvisor qualify to receive this prestigious award.
One of the qualifying factors for a Certificate of Excellence is to achieve an overall rating of 4 or 5 stars out of a possible 5 in reviews from guests left on TripAdvisor. There must also be a good volume of reviews received over the preceding 12 months.
