Casey graduated from SMU with a Masters in Systems Engineering and after a Wall Street career, decided to pursue a career in the fitness and recovery industry. She commenced a Doctor of Physical Therapy studying at Long Island University, before transferring out and completing her NASM personal training certification.

Her previous experience includes whole body cryotherapy, local cryotherapy, and Normatec compression. She will be joining an expert team which strives to offer local residents the best recovery services in the Greenwich area.

Combine Cryo has been providing whole body cryotherapy services in Greenwich since July 2017. It operates within a state of the art Combine Training facility, and has grown rapidly. Greenwich and surrounding Westchester and Fairfield residents are able to experience the benefits of whole body cryotherapy. These include improved recovery, reduction of inflammation, increased metabolism leading to weight loss and mood enhancement throughout the day with the release of endorphins.

Sessions in the cutting edge cryosauna take only three minutes, with temperatures of around -250 F, offering patients cold, fast recovery. Combine Cryo prides itself on its industry leading technology, and employs the best people to help clients cut recovery times, reduce inflammation, and manage joint pain.

Warming up after a session like this induces vasodilation, which causes oxygenated red blood cells to flood back into the limbs, leaving them feeling refreshed.

Co-Owner Christina Vitale said: “We are really excited to have Casey join Combine Cryo. She brings a wealth of operational experience to our business.”
