GPS first became operational in 1995, thanks to innovative companies like GoTEK7 the technology can now be used in a variety of applications, even belts.

GoTEK7 supply a wide range of devices that utilise GPS technology to track goods and people worldwide wide. GPS (Global Positioning System) uses satellite technology to provide location and time information, the system was first developed by the US military, is maintained by the United States government and can be used by anyone with a GPS receiver.

GoTEK7's produces a number of covert, innovative products like their new tracker belt. Each GoTEK7 belt is individually crafted and fashionable. The company feel that their belt offers a range of unique benefits, benefits include the fact that the belt can be completely concealed, charged conductively and remotely tracked using the company's Android and Apple Apps.

The company say their team encountered issues with the charging of the belt, the felt that having to plug the belt into a charger would, “ ruin its appearance and detract from its uniqueness”. The company say they overcame the charging issue by producing what they believe to be the only flexible conductive charging coil on the market. The belt can now be charged conductively 10mm from the surface of one of the company's charging pads. The company say the battery is not only compact and flexible but completely safe to be worn.

On their tracker belt product page GoTEK7 say, “GoTek7 are now delighted to announce the launch of an exciting new business relationship with Nova Accessories now supplying leather tracking belts to accompany our existing range of GPS devices. We firmly believe that these are not only the most practical belts on the market today but by far the most attractive and we are thrilled to have acquired the expertise and experience of such a renowned traditional craft manufacturer.”

The belts are currently available in black or brown with a silver or brass buckle, the company say they hope to broaden their GPS belt product range in the near future and will be looking to offer their belts in a greater range of colours and styles.
