June 11, 2019, Kennewick, WA. – Global Summit Management, a seasoned private commercial real estate investment firm, announced today the launch of its $2.2 M Apple Brooke Income Fund, created to address the shortage of child behavioral health care facilities in the Spokane, WA area. Through the acquisition of single-family homes in the Spokane area and leasing them to reputable third-party child behavioral health care providers, Global Summit Management is determined to meet the shortage head-on.
Global Summit Management is using the recently created JOBS Act 506(c) financing vehicle to raise $2.2 million by advertising its private offering. Accredited investors may also use 401(K) and IRA accounts to fund 506(c) investments. The Secured Term Certificates being offered through the Apple Brooke Income Fund pay fixed interest of 6.0% and 7.0% carrying terms of 24 months and 36 months respectively. The Certificates will be secured by the assets of the company.
