She also took up the roles of Contracts Negotiator, Director of Contracts, and General Counsel.

These roles helped her develop exemplary skills in case management, regulatory compliance, attention to detail. Wayfer also possesses organizational, managerial, and superb customer service skills as a result of the positions in which she has worked. She later opted for solo Law practice; specializing in Criminal Defence and Immigration Law.

Apart from her professional past and current positions, Sylvi has also spent 20 years extending her community services to organizations such as American Stroke Association; Habitat for Humanity; the Georgia Innocence Project; and the Atlanta Children’s Shelter.

Additionally, the Lawyer has worked hundreds of Pro Bono hours for services in Family/Domestic Relations, Civil/Criminal matters, Veterans Court, and Immigration (“GAIN” – Georgia Asylum Immigration Network). She also represents indigent criminal defendants as a court-appointed Attorney in felony and misdemeanor cases.
