GANS LAW has brought on new expertise and named former Assistant State Attorney and civil litigation attorney Michael Hilton as new Associate Attorney at Gans Law that handles charges of Traffic, DUI, & Criminal Defense


Gans Law is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Michael Hilton, former Assistant State Attorney and civil litigation attorney. With a passion for the courtroom and a history of success, Michael Hilton proudly accepts the new position as Associate Attorney at Gans Law.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and majored in Political Science. While attending UCF, Michael had the opportunity to intern at the Office of the State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit and was assigned to assist on one of the highest nationally publicized cases; the Casey Anthony murder trial.


Michael has a wide array of trial experience and has assisted or been the lead attorney in many jury trials. These trials include charges of DUI, Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of Marijuana, and serious felony offenses such as Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Traveling to Meet a Minor, Voyeurism, and even First Degree Murder. Before joining Gans Law, Michael also worked for a major insurance company where he handled over a thousand cases in active litigation.
