Epiphany Dermatology Frisco is excited to announce the addition of Elizabeth Bahar Houshmand M.D., who will serve as director for Dermatology, at their 9555 Lebanon Road, Frisco office providing medical and cosmetic dermatology services.

Epiphany Dermatology’s initial program focuses will include: adult and adolescent acne, skin cancer screening and prevention, chemical peels, psoriasis, as well as cosmetic dermatology including injectables: like Botox and fillers. Dr. Houshmand has an area
of expertise for hair loss and skin of color.
Dr. Houshmand completed her undergraduate degree as a Presidential Honors scholar from New York University. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Georgetown University Hospital, and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Dermatology. At Wright
State, Dr. Houshmand completed a two-year intensive Dermatopharmacology fellowship, serving as Chief Resident in her third year. During that time, she received several prestigious scholarships, and trained with pioneers in the field of cosmetic skin treatments
and dermatologic study. Dr. Houshmand was selected by the American Academy of Dermatology as one of three dermatology resident recipients of the prestigious AAD International Grant.
Dr. Houshmand is double-board certified. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine.
Dr. Elizabeth Houshmand is also a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the International Dermatology Society.
Dr. Houshmand is fluent in English, Spanish and Farsii.
