Freedrum has just launched on Kickstarter. They have brought on Funded Today to help bring their product to a wider audience and increase pledges for the duration of the campaign.About Freedrum
Freedrum is an instrument and app that will teach you to drum along to your favorite music. Freedrum is silent, portable, and significantly more affordable than regular drums. This is a hardware and software subscription service that will give you everything you need to start playing the drums.
The Freedrum app takes learning to a new level of fun. It includes a catalog of licensed music so that you can learn to play along with your favorite songs. The software will show you what you should play and how well you are playing it.
The activity analysis in our app removes the guesswork from tracking your progress. Freedrum will summarize the following data in chronological order from each of your practice sessions so that it's easy to find and read. Play time: how long did you play for and when. Intensity: did you take it easy or did you thrash it? Your set list: songs you played along to. Recordings: listen back to your recorded practice sessions. Accuracy: how accurate you are with tempo, hitting the right drums, and muscle memory. Notes: annotate your practice sessions to jog your memory later on.
Once you’re ready to take your drumming into production, output MIDI from our app to your favourite Digital Audio Workstation such as GarageBand, Ableton, and Pro Tools. You’ll be able to remap the MIDI so that you can trigger different notes, set continuous controller values and define fixed velocities.

Freedrum is available to back now on Kickstarter. They are hopeful to see an increase in pledges with the help of Funded Today and their team. Once the campaign ends, the products are set to produce and ship to all backers by August 2021. The starting price for a 3 month subscription of Freedrum is $79 USD.
