Project Manager Cesar Olarte described the new website in this way, “There are way too many tree service contractor sites that have little to no value other than to just list a phone number. FTS wanted to change that by providing a valuable tree care resource for Frederick Maryland residents to reference. The goal is to become the leading resource for reliable tree care information.”
All one has to do is look at the site to see that Mr. Olarte has indeed provided a detailed resource. The site is simple in nature but contains extensive information, industry term definitions, and instructional videos that educate homeowners and businesses alike.
In addition to the updated website content, Frederick Tree Service also provides a list of the services that they offer and descriptions of each so that their customers will know exactly what to expect when they call to schedule an estimate from one of these tree specialists. “Homeowners ought to have a good understanding of what tree contractors do when they come out to complete a tree removal or pruning job,” adds Olarte, “they [homeowners] should be aware of what they're paying for”.
