“At first the tasks of the workshop was not ‘accepted' by the group: What are we going to do? Simply building a kite?. 10 minutes later the group knew that this was something different!. The group had to build a 3D kite of which the measures were beyond belief!. All participant hadn't done this before and now this task was in front of the group. Individuals of the group had to cooperate in a better way now in order to be able to launch their huge kite at the end of the workshop.”
“The workshop looked so simple when the group started, but they learned that the group was making everything so complex. Each individual was operating like an island of knowledge and that really turned out to be the real bottleneck for this group. Wow, this experience was having a lot of fun, but at the same time every individual of the group learned an important lesson: Each individual person can improve the business results as a group considerably when each of the individuals start to work together, as a team!.”
