It’s not something that will arouse fan fury, but the ninth edition of ‘Fast and Furious’ has missed out on some very mean beasts of the streets. The cars in question are the five legends that ran on the drag strips in the 1960s, now featured on Quarter Mile Addictions exclusive ‘legends of 1968’ merchandise.

‘Fast and Furious’ has been one of the most successful franchises of over a decade, and its next untitled edition is slated for April 2020. The wait is long, and has been marked by internal feuds and spats, and speculation on who is in and out, drawing attention away from action on the screen that die-hard fans can no longer do without.

For the record, some famous mopars and muscle cars have given the franchise its well deserved class. The 1970 Dodge Charger driven by Vin Diesel in the first edition is still ranked as one of the most iconic cars ever used in the series down to this day. Another fascinating sight was the mopar, Tyrese’s Challenger R/T, that was seen in ‘2 Fast 2 Furious’. And finally the muscle car, Nissan Power Mustang, that featured in the ‘Tokyo Drift’ edition and drew chagrin from fans for using a Nissan engine.

So which are the missing mopars and muscle cars that could ignite more frenzy? The ‘Legends of 1968’ shows us the iconic visuals – the SS Barracuda, Plymouth Roadrunner, Dodge Coronet/Superbee, Dodge Charger and the SS Dart. These were the mopars that were the talk of the town back in their heydays, and everyone wanted a piece of their fury. Quarter Mile Addiction aims to bring the memories back with its new set of merchandise that celebrates 50 years of the mopars, featured on tees, coffee mugs, posters, wallpapers and mobile phone covers.

Why not wait for the next ‘Fast and Furious’ edition with one of these premium tees and merchandise? All products are made in the US with high quality materials, and can be ordered on the official website of Quarter Mile Addiction with regular or speed shipping.
