Felix Sater today announced the launch of his new website, Felixsater.com. Felixsater.com showcases several facets of Felix’s life, including his project portfolio, philanthropic efforts, blog, and quick contact items.Raised in New York City, Felix Sater has been a veteran of the commercial real estate industry for 20 years, advising and managing such projects as the Trump SoHo, The Trump International Hotel and Residence, Midtown Miami, Sungate Port Royal, Lehmann’s Seaport Plaza, Cornwall Terrace at Regent Part, Hotel Du Parc, Blanca Lofts, and The Rhapsody.
Felixsater.com is split into sections, all arranged on one linear page. The site starts with a simple “About Felix” section, outlining the site and who Felix Sater is. Below that is the Project Portfolio section, outlining Felix’s most recognizable dozen commercial real estate projects, laid out in a grid.
From the Project Portfolio, the Philanthropy section explains more about what Felix supports. From the site: “There are many causes in this world that I am passionate about. Some of my greatest passions include Judaism, health, and politics. As a result of this and my fortunate financial situation, I have done my best to ensure that these passions come to fruition in the form of charitable donations and charity work.”
Some examples of causes Felix Sater supports are: the Chabad of Port Washington, the World Jewish Congress, the American Institute for Cancer Research, the University of Florida Health Shands Children’s Hospital, the Republican National Committee, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Under the Philanthropy section is Felix Sater’s Blogs and Musings section. Here, Felix writes about topics that interest him, from real estate to Judaism to the weather to the latest happenings in New York City and beyond. The blog is set up in summary form, and clicking “Read More” will take the visitor to the full post.
The last section is a Contact Me panel, showcasing a sleek contact form that will send an email right to Felix, as well as general contact information and links to many social networks that Felix partakes in, including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, and many more.
The hope for this website is to not only be a hub for all things relating to Felix Sater, but also to open up for quick modes of contact for future investing opportunities, business endeavors, and philanthropic efforts.
