The newly launched service uses the latest technologies to speed up the straightening of crooked teeth. Treatment time for comprehensive orthodontic therapy takes more than 120 days with the Fastbraces Classic Series and can take between 90 and 120 days with the Fastbraces Turbo Series. These short-term orthodontic treatments give patients straight, beautiful teeth in a fraction of the time of traditional braces. The rapid speed of Fastbraces in fixing crooked teeth is dependent on the patient cooperating fully.

Teeth are crooked because they came in tilted, sideways, overlapping or spaced apart and, as a result, they are not upright. Fastbraces uses high-performance bracket systems that upright the roots of the teeth from the beginning of treatment with just one square wire by torquing and tipping them.

Fastbraces is different from other orthodontics systems in that it moves the root and crown of the tooth at the same time. It does this by using a special triangular bracket and a super-elastic wire, which leads to fast tooth movement with little sensitivity. In fact, unlike traditional braces, there are no wire changes, and the same wire is worn throughout the entire treatment.

Traditional orthodontics might take anywhere from two to three years to complete. While conventional braces are still recommended for severe alignment problems, Fastbraces can fix a multitude of issues, including spacing, crowding, open bites, crossbites, and overbites.

Fastbraces can be used on both adults and children. Some short-term orthodontic systems like Invisalign are mostly intended for adults, but this is not the case for Fastbraces. The product has been in use for a quarter of a century and dentists in close to 50 countries now utilize Fastbraces.

Dr. Laura Ki speaks both English and Korean and puts the patient’s satisfaction first.
