The space includes exposed mechanical features on the ceiling, crisp white walls, a polished concrete floor, and modern pendant lighting. The new showroom is open everyday from 10am to 7pm and showroom visits are by appointment only.

At the new showroom, customers who plan to buy furniture online can view Ethnicraft's most popular furniture items before making a purchase. Customers can now have a fully submersive experience with Ethnicraft products, taking the time to touch, feel and experience its quality, comfort and design. Each product on display is also professionally arranged to inspire decorating ideas.

Ethnicraft has experienced rapid growth in Southeast Asia through its focus on quality wood furniture products and customer care. The company offers 10 completely free services for their customers. These include access to the new showroom experience, free and prompt delivery, complimentary furniture varnishing, darker color options, free returns, lifetime warranties, and more. If needed, Ethnicraft can assist customers with the disposal of their old furniture.

As an eco-conscious wood furniture company, Ethnicraft is committed to sustainability. Much of the teak wood used in the company's furniture comes from teak plantations in Indonesia and the rest are reclaimed teak. Ethnicraft works with the Indonesian government in supporting the policy of replanting and environmentally sensitive harvesting practices. Ethnicraft only uses wood that conforms to Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) regulations and the company's products bear the FSC seal.

Ethnicraft seeks to further expand its leadership in the competitive market for furniture in Malaysia with the presence of its new showroom. The Ethnicraft Showroom is located on the Ground Level of the Wisma Academy Building in Unit G.07.
