Enfasco Inc. has introduced a progressive web service, the 'Request for Quote' internet page. The new page, which is now available on the company's website at www.enfasco.com/inventory, allows customers direct access to Enfasco's rivet nut inventory via the web.Also known as RFQ, the Request for Quote page streamlines the ordering process for both Enfasco customers and employees alike. The ordering process can now be completed by the customer at any time, from anywhere, and employees are able to process requests during normal business hours.
The process is quite simple - a customer may enter one or more part numbers on the Enfasco RFQ page. When the order is completed, the client presses “Go to RFQ” in the upper right hand corner of the page. Next, the customer fills out a brief contact form on the following page, presses “Submit RFQ”, and the request is sent to Enfasco.
From there, the company will prepare a quote and contact the customer with details within 24 hours of RFQ receipt.
Enfasco Inc. believes that this inventive system will help clients maintain contact during non-traditional business hours. Both because businesses that Enfasco serves now encompass companies from many different time zones and because people in companies that Enfasco serves are beginning to work during nights and weekends, many Enfasco customers wish to contact the company during non-business hours. And with RFQ, customers can now reach Enfasco anytime that they wish.
